Sagro Farms is a sustainability-driven agricultural company dedicated to producing high-quality coffee while protecting the ecosystems that support it. Our Bird Friendly® coffee is grown in the highland regions of El Salvador using traditional shade-grown methods that preserve native tree canopies, enrich soil health, and provide vital habitat for wildlife—particularly migratory birds.
What makes our coffee unique is our holistic approach to farming. We manage our coffee landscapes as living forest systems, maintaining diverse shade cover and practicing organic, regenerative land stewardship.
